Scheduling and managing jobs has never been easier! Our system is fully integrated with all of your Forms, Safety, and CRM. Now you can view and create new jobs using one very handy tool. Here’s a quick overview of what the Formitize Cloud Scheduler can do for you and your business.

 

 

What is the Scheduler?

 

You can view and create both single (one-off) and recurring jobs in Scheduler, List or Map view.

The Scheduler is a calendar style view of all Jobs. You can manage both your People and your Assets via the Scheduler.

It’s never been easier to create and assign jobs using the powerful Cloud Scheduler. Simply drag and drop to assign or move a Job either from the Desktop Management Portal or in the App and instant notifications will be triggered.

 

How Do I Access the Scheduler?

 

The Scheduler is an integrated, calendar-based Job Management system that you can access via the CRM>Scheduler menu.

 

Does the Scheduler Integrate with Other Calendars?
